The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. i loved the clarins products provided daily in the room. it felt so luxurious! having a real fire in the lounge area was great. It made for a cozy evening with drinks.
the music from the bar was a bit loud in my room. it made it difficult to sleep early.

the indoor pool was a highlight i used it after sightseeing. the hotel also features a well-equipped gym area i appreciated. my room location was in a separate pavilion it provided extra privacy.
my room was too rectangular this impacted the layout. the room decoration was very dark this was not ideal. there was a noise issue with the bar i could hear the music clearly.

the room felt quite rectangular, an odd shape. the room decoration was notably dark, and the small window didn't help with brightness.

i found the breakfast delicious with a wide variety of choices. the pool provided great relief after lots of exploring. it was long enough for swimming laps. the hotel's location was great for accessing nearby attractions!!!
the room decoration seemed just a bit too dark, especially since the window was small.

The breakfast had many options available. The room was cleaned every day and again in the evening with fresh towels. All the products provided in the room were clarins and top quality it was AMAZING.
The rooms are small and the hotel seems tired. The front desk staff was not honest nor transparent. I felt uncomfortable they were trying to patronize me as a stupid traveler THAT'S NOT NICE.
